A: At This Time, We Only Accept Visa or Mastercard. American Express & Paypal Is Not Accepted
Q: I'm Trying To Process a Coupon Code and Its Not Accepting It
A: We advertise our current sales and promotions on our website. Our discounts are automatically deducted at checkout. Coupons listed on other sites are not valid.
Q: I need An Item By A Particular Date or Need To Specify Length or Delivery Instructions In My Order, How is this done?
A: Upon Checkout, there's a comment box where you can enter any notes to customer service and shipping. Please enter any specifics there and we will see it.
Q: I placed An Order, But The Status Online Say's Awaiting Fulfillment, When Will My Order Be Delivered?
A: Standard shipping delivers in 8-14 Business Days. Your 1st business day is the day after your order is placed. Weekends and Holidays not included. Once your order ships, our system will email your tracking number and a link to track you order online.
Q: I received my order but I need to return it, how do I do so?
A: We accept Exchanges Only - No Refunds. Exchanges must be received to our office within 7 days of your delivery. Please be sure to include your name and/or order number with a note inside your package. Once your return is received, we will email your store credit to use online to re-purchase your new item. We do not issue return labels, we recommend 1st Class USPS Mail. We look forward to helping you anyway we can!
