About 95% of our products are manufactured in house in our production facility in Los Angeles.

We normally ship exchanges within 6-10 days of the received return.  If you have a custom item, the time frame may be a few days in addition.  Please contact us via email for specifics on replacement customizations:  shop@kamishade.com

Our site updated daily with new arrivals, stock updates, etc.  There may be times when the item will show instock online however it could have been sold out the previous day.  If this ever occurs with your order, we will notify you within 24-48 hours if we no longer have your selection in stock.  You have a choice to replace your order with a new item or recieve a full refund.
